A Taste of Puglia

Puglia, a somewhat lesser-known region of Italy, is located along the sunny coast in the heel of Italy’s “boot”. This region is known for its whitewashed hill towns, beautiful coastlines, and centuries-old farmland rich in olive groves and fresh produce. In this hands on class with instructors Joan and David Donatelle you’ll explore the tastes of Puglia with recipes featuring the building blocks of the much-touted Mediterranean diet like whole grains, legumes, fresh vegetables, olive oil, and wine.
Class menu will include:
- Focaccia with Fresh Grape Tomatoes
- Gigande Bean Puree with Vegetables
- Eggplant Parmesan
Note: Class will include an alcoholic beverage pairing, so 21+ only, please.
