This cuisine features lots of fresh and seasonal vegetables and fruits, hearty whole grains and legumes, and healthy fats from olive oil, nuts, and fish. In this hands-on cooking class, husband-and-wife dynamic duo Joan and David Donatelle will show you why it is a good idea for both your health and your tastebuds to follow the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Class menu will include:
- White Bean Kale and Apple Soup
- Harvest Apple Salad
- Salmon with Moroccan Apple and Swiss Chard
