Bao are steamed buns stuffed with delicious savory fillings like meat and veggies. Hmong chef Yia Vang of Union Kitchen will teach you how to make his tasty pork version of the Vietnamese classic in this hands-on class. In his words, “Bao are what hot pockets want to be but can’t.”
