Basics of Hot Sauce

It’s about to get hot in The Good Acre kitchen! In this hands-on class, TGA chef Emily Paul will walk you through how to create homemade hot sauce. Making your own hot sauce means you can tailor it to your heat tolerance and flavor preferences. You’ll get to experiment with several seasonal variations, like cantaloupe-habanero and ground cherry-jalapeño, that incorporate produce from your garden, CSA, or farmers market. At the end of class, each participant will get to take home a jar of their own fiery creation.
