Perhaps, you’d just like to feel more in control next time you’re wielding a knife. Whether you’re a beginner cook or have spent some time away from the kitchen- look no further! Come hone (knife joke) your skills with The Good Acre’s very own Chef Julia Cohen as you work through a variety of classical culinary knife cuts used for preparing vegetables. Class menu will include vegetarian fajitas, a spring slaw of radish, fennel, cucumber, and homemade Pico de Gallo! Come get your chop on and you’ll leave this class feeling like nothing less than a pro — or at least safer in your own kitchen.
