Brew Your Own Kombucha

It’s time to get your ‘booch on! In this hands on class with master fermenter and owner of Topos Ferments, Jim Bovino, you’ll learn to brew your own kombucha; a tangy fermented tea-based drink full of beneficial bacteria. Besides saving you loads of money at the store, brewing your own kombucha allows you to customize and flavor it to your taste. Though brewing kombucha is a weeks-long process, Jim will teach you how to get it going and talk you through what to expect every step of the way. Whether you are brand-new to kombucha or have been brewing for years and just want to up your game, this class is for you. Each class attendee will go home with their own SCOBY (the starter culture) to start their brew!
