Eating delicious, ‘healthy’ meals can be intimidating, but it is surprisingly affordable and simple. Learn basic whole food cooking strategies, including simple cooking techniques, buying and cooking in bulk, building your pantry staples, eating in season and simple food storage practices to extend the life of your food. This class is for all levels, from novice to expert and everything in between.
All SNAP program participants who enroll in this cooking class will receive a $10 Market Bucks gift certificate, redeemable at The Good Acre’s weekly farmers market.
