Cooking Well for Less – Holiday Edition

Holiday cooking/eating that doesn’t break the bank or the belt? It is possible. Eating delicious, “healthy” meals can feel especially hard around the holiday season, but in this hands-on class, Chef Jenny Breen will teach you basic whole food cooking strategies that will make it easy and enjoyable, whether you are feeding yourself or your family or a crowd. You’ll leave class with a set of simple and highly adaptable recipes and a bellyful of nourishing food. This class is for all levels, from novice to expert and everything in between.
Class menu will include:
- roasted root gratin with cilantro pesto
- simple greens
- bean/veggie fritter
- brown butter polenta cake
