Cuban Culinary Vacation

Even if you can’t make it somewhere warm for a spring vacation, you can transport yourself to sunnier shores in this cooking class with author, chef, and world traveler Jody Eddy. While co-writing her cookbook Cuba! Recipes and Stories From the Cuban Kitchen, Jody traveled to Cuba several times to cook with chefs and home cooks throughout the country. She will share her love of the cuisine as you explore the vibrant flavors and cooking techniques of Cuba. This hands-on class will feature recipes that are as easy to execute as they are tasty and fun. A brief culinary history lesson and an exploration of Cuban food staples will complement the class menu.
