Cuban Culinary Vacation

$50.00Even if you can’t make it somewhere warm for a “spring” vacation, you can transport yourself to sunnier shores in The Good Acre’s kitchen, where cookbook author and world traveler Jody Eddy will lead you through an exploration of the vibrant flavors and cooking techniques of Cuba. This hands-on class will feature recipes that are as easy to execute as they are tasty and fun. A brief culinary history lesson and an exploration of Cuban food staples will complement the class menu, which will include recipes like:
- Shrimp and Scallop Ceviche with Shredded Plantain Chips
- Ropa Vieja Sliders
- Squid Ink Empanadas with Charred Red Pepper Dipping Sauce
- Cuban Coffee Flan
