In this hands on class with chef and low and slow cooking enthusiast, Bob Wood, you’ll learn how to use time and classic techniques to build flavors in your sauce. You’ll round out the meal with seasonal salad and grilled bread, perfect for sopping up extra sauce. You’ll leave class ready to invite a date, a friend, or your whole family over to open a bottle of wine and dig into a pot of deep rich winter bliss.
