Get into the holiday baking spirit in this hour-long virtual baking bonanza with Sadie Sayre, owner of Babe in the Woods Baking Company! A veteran of the Twin Cities restaurant industry (and TGA’s Kitchen Coordinator!), Sadie has long dreamed of a better world in foodservice that isn’t tied to chef culture: grueling hours, poor working conditions, divisive kitchen environments. Instead, she celebrates food that is magical, imaginative, and accessible – with these tenants in mind Babe in the Woods Baking was born. Sadie will work through two of her signature recipes, Double Chocolate Crinkle Cookies and Gluten-Free Jam Thumbprint Cookies. If you love baking that experiments with classic flavors and adds inventive twists, this class is for you!
