The Mediterranean diet features lots of fresh and seasonal vegetables, bright flavors like lemon and parsley, hearty whole grains and legumes, and healthy fats like olive oil, nuts, and high-quality cheese. In this hands-on cooking class, husband-and-wife dynamic duo Joan and David Donatelle will show you why it is a good idea for both your health and your tastebuds to follow the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Class menu will include:
- Italian Farro & Lentils
- Greens, Radicchio, and Buratta Salad
- Lemon-Caper Chicken
