Eating Mediterranean: Greek Mezze

Greek cuisine is rich in history and flavor, boasting rustic dishes that showcase the variety of healthy and delicious ingredients that abound in the area. Situated on the Mediterranean and home to one of the now-famous “blue zones” of longevity, Greek food highlights the essence of the Mediterranean diet and lifestyle with its focus on fresh produce, whole grains, legumes, and healthy fats. This hands on class with instructors Joan and David Donatelle will feature a variety of delightful vegetarian mezze, little dishes that traditionally start a Greek meal. Make one to add something new to a menu or make them all and treat yourself to a Greek-inspired feast!
Class menu will include:
- Kolokitho Keftedes (Zucchini Fritters)
- Dolmades (Stuffed Grape Leaves)
- Ntomata (Tomato Tart)
