Want to treat your sweetie–or your friends–to something special? Bring your partner/grab a friend/come stag and come learn how to cook a veggie Valentine’s dinner. Love is the theme, so be prepared to cook a vegetarian meal so delicious it will make your heart race.

Class menu will include:

• Heart-Beet Hummus
• Citrus Brussels Sprouts Slaw with Rice Paper “Bacon” and Almond “Parm”
• Butternut Orecchiette with Arugula and Pine Nuts
• Cherry Chocolate Galette

Please note: each ticket is for one person, so you need to buy a ticket per person attending the class. Also, class will include an alcoholic beverage pairing, so 21+ only, please.
