In this hands-on class, you’ll explore the four essential categories that make this classic, cold weather staple so exciting and satisfying: creamy, brothy, earthy, and hearty. You’ll learn basic skills to boost your soup game while welcoming the cold season in the best way possible–through food!
Class menu will include:
- Minestrone–hearty
- Curried Squash Soup–creamy
- Egg Drop Soup–brothy
- Harira (Moroccan chickpea & lentil soup traditionally eaten to break the fast during Ramadan)–earthy
