Egg x Plant: Vegetarian Thanksgiving

$45.00In this hands-on class led by Ranelle Kirchner, you’ll learn a variety of meatless eats that can be incorporated into a traditional Thanksgiving spread or stand alone as an alternative holiday feast. Class menu will include:
- Roasted Beets with Sesame and Marjoram
- Apple Cider-Cooked Farro
- Kale Dressing (or Stuffing, depending on who you ask)
- Skillet Phyllo Pie
- Winter Squash Agrodolce
About the Egg x Plant series: licensed dietitian (and good cook, to boot) Ranelle Kirchner will teach you the basics of vegetarian nutrition and show you how plant-based foods can both satiate your palate and bring variety to your life. So whether you an omnivore who wants to dip your toes fork in plant-based cooking, a vegan/vegetarian who wants to make sure you are covering all of your nutritional bases, or someone who just wants to learn some tasty plant-based recipes, this class if for you.
Class will include an alcoholic beverage pairing from Surdyk’s, so 21+ only, please.
