Join Argentinian chef Belén Rodríguez, owner of the popular Minneapolis pop-up Quebracho, in this hands on class that’s all about her famous empanadas! With Belén as your expert guide you’ll learn to make empanada dough from scratch, cook a delicious savory filling, and make traditional Argentinian chimichurri. You’ll stay busy crimping, baking, and finally sharing them together family style. You’ll have a chance to ask questions of Belén about empanadas, the other delicious pies and charcuterie on Quebracho’s menu, and her Argentinian food philosophy.
