With Belén as your expert guide you’ll learn to make empanada dough from scratch, cook a delicious vegetarian filling with mushrooms, rapini and Fontina cheese, and make traditional Argentinian chimichurri. You’ll stay busy crimping, baking, and finally sharing them together family style.
