Bowls can hold so much more than soup! The Queen of Bowls, Robin Asbell, will lead you through a range of autumnal bowl dishes in this hands-on class. She’ll shake up the way you look at vegetarian cooking, showing you that plant-based cooking can be satisfying, fun, and delicious. The menu will include a Japanese soba bowl with tofu, multigrain polenta bowl with pesto eggs and kale, “three sisters” wild rice bowl, and cocoa brown rice bowl with apples and cinnamon streusel.
