Fall Dinner in Tuscany

Simplicity is the heart of Tuscan cuisine with legumes, bread, fresh fruits and vegetables, mushrooms, olive oil, and its famous red wine all playing central roles. Tuscan dishes exemplify the healthy building blocks of the Mediterranean diet while still being comforting, filling, and tasty. In this hands on class, instructors Joan and David Donatelle will take your tastebuds on a tour of Tuscany as you work together to create a delicious seasonal dinner.
Class menu will include:
- Chick Pea Soup with Mushroom and Pancetta Garnish
- Pappardelle with Mushroom Ragu
- Insalata Verde
- Puff Pastry Apple Tart
