Flatbreads were some of the earliest breads made and have become staples in many cuisines because of their basic ingredients, fast preparation, and versatility for endless toppings and fillings. In this hands on class with instructor Judy Ohannesian, you’ll discover that with just a skillet or griddle, a few simple ingredients, and the right techniques you’ve got the ticket to a journey around the world of flatbreads. You’ll create several varieties to enjoy with an array of complementary and traditional toppings, fillings, and spreads.
