$50.00Bright and exotic spring flavors await in this hands-on class featuring dishes inspired by the Black Sea region. Chef Beth Jones will guide you through a menu based on tastes from her travels through Russia, Ukraine, and Georgia.
Class menu will include:
- Green Borscht with Nettles
- Zakhusy Platter with Smoked Sturgeon and Beet Salad
- Georgian Lamb Stew
This class will include an alcoholic beverage pairing from Surdyk’s Liquor and Cheese Shop, so 21+ only, please.
