Fresh Fish Fast

Spring is the perfect time to add a few fresh fish recipes to your repertoire. Fish is a fast and healthy protein option that is just the thing for light and bright spring and summer dinners, especially once patio season hits. In this hands-on class, The Good Acre Chef Emily Paul will utilize two kinds of sustainably wild-caught fish from our partners at Sitka Salmon Shares: cod and albacore tuna fillets, both of which are delicious and can be prepared in the blink of an eye. You’ll learn the basics of fish selection and preparation, as well as two endlessly riffable dishes: a “poké bowl” and fish tacos.
Class menu will include:
- MN Poké Bowl with Seared Hazelnut-Crusted Tuna, Wild Rice, Kimchi, Blueberry-Miso Sauce, and Crunchy Shallots
- Fish Tacos with Panko Oven-Fried Cod, Cabbage-Cilantro-Radish Slaw, Pickled Jalapeño, Charred Tomatillo Salsa, and Crema
