Fresh Pasta 101: Autumn

$50.00This hands-on class, taught by husband and wife duo and Italian food experts Joan and David Donatelle, will give you the basic knowledge and experience you need to make pasta in your own kitchen! You’ll learn the art of dough making, rolling, cutting, and cooking — then use the foundation of your newly-acquired handmade pasta skills to create a delicious fall-inspired meal!
Class will include an alcoholic beverage pairing from Surdyk’s Liquor and Cheese Shop, so 21+ only, please.
