Fresh Pasta 101: Spring

This hands-on class taught by husband and wife duo/Italian food experts Joan and David Donatelle will give you all the basic knowledge and hands-on skills you need for making your own pasta from scratch. You’ll learn dough making, rolling, cutting, and cooking, then use the foundation of your handmade pasta to create a springy pasta dish (think Pici with Pea Pesto or Spinach Fettuccine al Sugo), which will be served with a salad.
