Fun Fun Noodles

This class will bring the “fun” in more ways than one! Noodle puns aside, fun refers to Chinese noodles made from rice flour or some other kind of starch (as opposed to mein, which are made from wheat). Hmong Chef Yia Vang of Union Kitchen will teach you one of his takes on this tasty noodle dish, a popular staple at all of his pop-up dinners. Once you learn the building blocks of this dish, you can riff on it to include any vegetables or protein that you have on hand, making it the perfect easy dinner to feed a few or a crowd. This class will include an alcoholic beverage pairing from Surdyk’s Liquor and Cheese Shop, so 21+ only, please.
