Nothing hoity-toity here, this is a class for beginner or intermediate cooks who want to up their sauce-making skills.In this hands-on class led by Kristin Hamaker of Goosefoot Kitchen, you’ll get hands-on making sauces, and then sample them with local veg and more for a saucy supper.
