Chef Christopher Nye of acclaimed local restaurant Spoon & Stable returns to The Good Acre for a class all about gnocchi, that beloved little cloud-like dumpling of the pasta family. Chef Chris will walk you through the process of making homemade gnocchi from start to finish, including a unique finish: baking. Baked gnocchi comes together in a casserole dish, making it perfect for the holidays and entertaining. The delicious, tender gnocchi will be complemented by the seasonal flavors of Brussels sprouts, pears, walnuts, and pecorino for a truly spectacular one-dish winter meal.
