Harvest Supper at Gibbs Farm

Celebrate the start of the fall harvest with an evening of eating, drinking, and learning at Gibbs Farm, a magical prairie oasis tucked between St. Paul and Minneapolis. Along with staff and volunteers from Gibbs Farm and The Good Acre, your hosts will be cooking instructors Joan and David Donatelle, who will prepare an autumnal feast featuring a bounty of locally grown and raised goods, including apples, root vegetables, pork, and more. The evening will start with apple-centric appetizers and drinks, move into an outdoor cooking demo with Joan and David, and end with time for eating, exploring, and guided tours of the beautiful historic Gibbs farm and orchard.
