Himalayan Cooking: Momo

$45.00Himalayan cuisine is famous for its Momos, savory Nepali dumplings made with meat or vegetarian fillings. In this hands-on class with Himalayan cooking expert Ishwari Rajak, you’ll learn how to make these delicious dumplings at home. You’ll also learn to make the popular chutney, or “momo sauce” that accompanies them, along with tips and tricks to make the sauce your own. This class will leave you saying “Mo’ Momo please!”.
