Homemade Gnocchi

Gnocchi, that beloved little cloud-like dumpling of the pasta family, can seem intimidating to create at home but with the right techniques, and a little practice you can master this simple yet impressive dish. Instructors, and husband and wife culinary duo, Joan and David Donatelle will guide you through the process of making two types of gnocchi from scratch, complete with simple sauces to complement those pillowy piles of deliciousness!
