Homemade Holiday Brunch

For those days when you want a delicious brunch but don’t want to brave the cold and the crowds to go out to a restaurant, Chef Beth Jones of UMN Campus Club has the perfect menu, which she’ll walk you through step by step in this hands-on class. Her recipes are flavorful, easy to make ahead, and sure to impress any guests you are hosting this holiday season–or just your family on a lazy Sunday morning.
Class menu will include:
- Smoked Salmon and Pepper “Cake”(similar to a frittata) with Tarragon Chimichurri
- Roasted Beets, Oyster Mushrooms, and Yams over Greens
- Mom’s Gingerbread Cake with Warm Lemon Sauce and Meringue Mushrooms
- Pomegranate Mimosa
Please note that this class will include an alcoholic beverage pairing from Surdyk’s Liquor and Cheese.
