Italian Comfort Food: Ravioli

$50.00Ready to take your homemade pasta from flat fettuccine to something more 3D? In this hands-on class with culinary instructor Randi Madden you’ll learn how to make the Italian comfort food favorite… ravioli! You’ll make dough using the 00 Flour often used in Italy for making the most delicious pasta. From there you’ll create two seasonal fillings and sauces before rolling, cutting, and filling your way to a whole new pasta dimension!
Class menu will include:
- Sweet Potato Ravioli with Maple Cream Sauce
- Onion and Ricotta Ravioli with Rosemary Browned Butter
