It’s soup season! Autumn is a beautiful time of year to get a pot of something seasonal simmering on the stove and gather family and friends around the table for a warm and comforting meal. Best known stateside for pasta and pizza, Italy is also home to many delicious, regional soups. In this class, husband and wife duo and chefs Joan and David Donatelle will teach you three Italian classic zuppe, including:
