Join us for a Kamayan Feast made by Chef Yia Vang. Kamayan is a communal-style Filipino feast that is traditionally served on banana leaves and eaten by hand. Chef Yia Vang will bring his unique Hmong meets Minnesota approach to this meal, featuring an assortment of grilled meats, fish, charred local vegetables, sticky rice, noodles, fiery sauces, and wine pairings. Proceeds from this dinner will help sustain The Good Acre’s core mission – to connect and strengthen farmers, food makers, and communities through good food. This dinner is hosted by The Good Acre’s Board Treasurer and will feature special guest Beth Dooley.
