BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND: It’s time for grilling season, the brief but wonderful time when you can throw any seasonal produce and proteins on the grill, hang out outside, and end up with a tasty meal! Join Union Kitchen’s Chef Yia Vang at this class for a lesson in Korean-inspired barbecue. Weather permitting, you’ll be primarily outside, grilling up various meats and veggies to create delicious lettuce wraps with rice, kimchi, and other banchan (side dishes). This class will include an alcoholic beverage pairing from Surdyk’s Liquor and Cheese Shop, so 21+ only, please.
