It’s time for grilling season, the brief but wonderful time of year when you can throw any seasonal produce and proteins on the grill and end up with a tasty meal! Join Union Kitchen’s chef Yia Vang at this class for a lesson in Korean-inspired barbecue. Weather permitting, you’ll be working outside, grilling up pork belly, steak, and veggies to create delicious lettuce wraps with kimchi and other accoutrements.
