Sometimes it’s good to play with your food! Come learn how to get creative in this hands-on class that will seriously improve your kitchen confidence. If the prospect of cooking without a recipe makes you want to eat a bowl of cereal for dinner, don’t worry–you’ll be cooking under the expert guidance of Chef Jenny Breen, so you can rest assured you’ll end up with a delicious meal. This class will explore combining flavors, cooking techniques, and textures in an intuitive (and playful) approach to transforming any ingredients into simple, creative, and delicious meals. As a class, you will prepare a salad, two main dishes, and a dessert utilizing seasonal whole foods like winter squash and greens, along with staples like whole grains, nuts and seeds, and healthy oils.
