Salty anchovies, flaky tilapia, meaty tuna, delicate scallops, tender salmon–there are so many delightful kinds of food that come from the sea! Seafood is a great way to brighten up the lingering transition from winter to spring, and it is a delicious component of a healthy and sustainable diet. But it can be easy to fall into a rut of cooking the same old seafood recipes. Chefs Joan and David Donatelle will come to the rescue in this class with three Mediterranean seafood dishes pulled from their many years of crafting daily seafood specials at their restaurants. Class menu will include:
