Mizutaki: Japan’s Favorite Winter Dish

December 3, 2019 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Mizutaki is a type of nabe, or Japanese hot pot, enjoyed by Japanese families all winter long. It is a dish of meat and vegetables gently simmered in a delicious broth and eaten together as a family style one pot dish. It’s the perfect dish to keep you warm this winter while bringing together friends or family to share a meal. In this hands on cooking class with instructor Kimiko Molasky you’ll learn how to prepare, cook, and eat this delicious hot pot made with chicken, fish, tofu and seasonal vegetables all cooked in one savory broth- a whole meal in one!

Note: This dish is NOT vegetarian, substitutions cannot be made.
