MN x Hmong Hotdish

In this brand-new class, MN and Hmong food traditions collide to create a delicious take on the hotdish. Chef Yia Vang of Union Kitchen will share his story of finding his way as a Hmong chef in the frozen land of Minnesota, and then he’ll walk you through making this unique dish, which blends the flavors of Southeast Asia (curry!) with the classic format of a hotdish (tater tots!).
