This class, led by professional chef, avid traveler, and cookbook author Jody Eddy, will celebrate the vibrant flavors of Morocco and the arrival of the first green, growing things of spring in Minnesota.
Class menu will include:
- Sweet Potato and Root Vegetable Tagine with Preserved Lemons
- Roasted Chicken with Baby potatoes and Green Olives
- Beef Kefta with Roasted Eggs, Caramelized Onions, and Harissa
- Stewed Lentils with Braised Greens
