In this hands-on class with professional chef, avid traveler, and cookbook author Jody Eddy, you’ll explore the recipes that contemporary Icelanders tuck into during the autumn months as they transition from easy breezy summer to full on Hygge! The bright flavors and vibrant colors enliven the palate while the New Nordic influence ensure a modern fall table fit for even the most finicky Viking at your dinner party.
Class menu will include:
- Pine Sautéed Langoustines with Shallot Mayonnaise and Dulse Salt
- Roasted Salmon with Kohlrabi Ribbons and Lemon Aioli
- Icelandic Skyr Cake with Rosemary, Hazelnuts and Brown Sugar Crumble
