He’ll also teach you how to spatchcock (the culinary term for splitting and flattening a bird, which helps it cook faster and develop crispier skin) a chicken with confidence. In this class, you’ll learn how deconstructing a whole chicken and using all of its meat and bones can not only help you save money and reduce waste, but also feed you delicious food for days!
