Paella on the Patio

Celebrate summer Spanish-style! Paella is a quintessential Valencian specialty and is considered by many to be the national dish of Spain. In this class, chefs Joan and David Donatelle will set up their propane tripod burner on TGA’s patio (or near the garage doors if weather doesn’t cooperate) to cook up a huge pan of paella mixta, which includes rice, vegetables, pork, chicken, sausage, mussels, shrimp, and calamari. You’ll learn tips and tricks for perfect paella as you help Joan and David prepare a few tapas, a mixed salad, and a simple Spanish dessert to round out your feast. This class will include a sangria pairing from Surdyk’s Liquor and Cheese Shop, so 21+ only, please.
