Are you ready to level up your pasta game? Go beyond the basics in this hands-on class. Husband-and-wife dynamic duo Joan and David Donatelle will teach you how to make several varieties of filled fresh pastas. You’ll learn pasta dough making, rolling, shaping, and filling, and then make several simple sauces to complement your creations.
Class menu will include:
- Cheese Tortellini with Fresh Pesto
- Beet Ravioli
- Mushroom Agnolotti
Note: class will include an alcoholic beverage pairing, so 21+ only, please.
