In this hands on class with instructor AmyLeo Barankovich you’ll learn new skills and recipes from twists on traditional fare to a hearty contemporary delight, and soup so creamy you’ll never guess it’s all from plants! These recipes will warm your belly and make it easy to add plant based meals to your dinner rotation.
Class menu will include:
- Twice-Baked Stuffed Delicata Squash with Crisped Tofu and Caramelized Walnuts
- Mock Chicken Enchilada Bake
- Luscious Split Pea Soup
Note: All recipes in this class are made entirely without animal products including dairy but are not wheat or gluten free.
