Egg x Plant: Post-Mardi Gras Meatless Eats

Mardi Gras, also known as Fat Tuesday, is a time for celebrating and indulging. Afterwards, this class will help you lighten up without sacrificing on flavor. Whether you want to eat more meatless meals in observance of Lent or for the health and environmental benefits of eating less meat, this hands-on class is for you. Inspired by New Orleans’ vibrant cuisine, come learn how to prepare Cajun favorites reimagined without the meat.
Class menu will include:
- Vegan Sausage and Mushroom Etoufée
- Stewed Okra and Tomatoes
- Cajun-Style Collards
- Red Beans and Rice
