Russian Dinner Party

$45.00If the extent of your knowledge of Russian cuisine is borscht, black bread, and caviar, get ready to be pleasantly surprised–and well-fed. This hands-on class led by culinary instructor Jessica Becker will open your eyes and palates to a small sampling of the delicious foods found across the world’s largest country. Class menu will include:
- Perlova Salad with Pearl Barley, Pears, Mushrooms, Hazelnuts, and Spinach
- Buckwheat Blini, Thick-Cut Bacon, and Lingonberry Mustard
- Siberian Pelmeni (meat-filled dumplings)
- Farmer’s Cheese Vareniki (aka pierogi in Poland, Ukraine, and Slovakia)
- Blueberry-Poppyseed Cake
Class will include an alcoholic beverage pairing from Surdyk’s, so 21+ only, please.
